Orders ship in insulated containers with phase-change ice packs maintaining 2–8°C in transit. A temperature monitor strip is included. Orders placed before 12pm MST ship same-day on business days. Overnight shipping is default on all orders.

Due to the biological nature of this product we don't accept returns. If your shipment arrives outside temperature range (shown by the monitor strip) or is damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement at no charge.
